Joseph transforms bold ideas into impactful programming on the South Side of Chicago. A proud graduate of Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business and the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, Joseph combines academic excellence with deep community commitment.

Originally from Englewood, Joseph is a passionate advocate for social and economic equity. He brings his expertise as a Senior Risk Consultant at RSM US LLP and a trained accountant to his role at Gambit, designing curricula and building partnerships that empower under-resourced communities. His mission is to make financial literacy and opportunity accessible to those who’ve historically been left out of the conversation—turning knowledge into action and possibility into progress.

A business management graduate from Gettysburg College and a current Master’s student in Management Information Systems at Southern Illinois University, Kayode is driven by a mission to show young people that social and financial freedom are not just dreams—they’re within reach. Through powerful storytelling, he captures the essence of Gambit’s work to share with the world.
